1 large Red onion
3 Red chillies
2 tbsp Cider vinegar
4 tbsp Soft brown sugar
1 tbsp Garlic puree
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
450 g Frozen strawberries
2 tbsp Olive oil

Not too sweet full flavour punchy hot sauce.

One

Dice the red onion, scotch bonnets and red chillies. Add to a saucepan with the heated oil. Once it starts to soften and the cider vinegar and garlic puree. Cook for a couple of minutes.

Add the frozen strawberries, balsamic vinegar and sugar. Cook until soft. If you are using a hand blender you can blend straight away. Or leave to cool before blending in a blender.

Serve.
Great as a dipping sauce goes extremely well with mozzarella sticks and chicken.

Brilliant on: wraps, tacos, sandwiches, etc..

Fantastic with icecream for a kick to a sweet treat.
