All you need is frozen fruit and a food processor.

One

Add the frozen cherries, sugar and lime juice to a food processor. Blend till smooth. Add a tablespoon of water at a time if too solid until you get a nice soft consistency.

Serve straight away with some chopped up brownie or chocolate bars. Alternatively put into a plastic tub and keep in the freezer until ready to use. You may want to take it out 10 minutes before serving to give nice scoops.
