Sausage rolls with bacon and cheese.

Pre heat the oven to 180°c. Line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper or a silicone mat. Remove the sausage from the skin and wrap in bacon.

Lay out the puff pastry. Coat in egg wash sprinkle on some cheese then lay the sausage wrapped bacon on the cheese

Wrapped the pastry round the sausages and squeeze together to seal the pastry. Place on a baking sheet with about 1 inch gap between each. Egg wash and score the top.

Bake in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes until the pastry is golden brown. Take out of the oven and place on a cooling rack for 5 minutes. Enjoy as a lunch or snack.
