6 Chipolatas
1 sheet Puff pastry
6 rashers Streaky bacon
100 g Grated cheese
1 Large eggs

Directions

Sausage rolls with bacon and cheese.

Steps

1 Done	One Pre heat the oven to 180°c. Line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper or a silicone mat. Remove the sausage from the skin and wrap in bacon.
2 Done	Two Lay out the puff pastry. Coat in egg wash sprinkle on some cheese then lay the sausage wrapped bacon on the cheese
3 Done	Three Wrapped the pastry round the sausages and squeeze together to seal the pastry. Place on a baking sheet with about 1 inch gap between each. Egg wash and score the top.
4 Done	Four Bake in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes until the pastry is golden brown. Take out of the oven and place on a cooling rack for 5 minutes. Enjoy as a lunch or snack.
