450 g Frozen strawberries

OneDice the red onion, scotch bonnets and red chillies. Add to a saucepan with the heated oil. Once it starts to soften and the cider vinegar and garlic puree. Cook for a couple of minutes. |

TwoAdd the frozen strawberries, balsamic vinegar and sugar. Cook until soft. If you are using a hand blender you can blend straight away. Or leave to cool before blending in a blender. |
